Payment Options

We realise that dentistry can be quite expensive for families and rising costs can influence whether we choose to go ahead with any necessary deemed treatment. We believe every individual is unique and that financial circumstances can change from time to time. We offer the following options to ease the burden.

HICAPS

We have an onsite terminal which allows us to do on the spot claiming. This means that you will only need to pay what your health fund does not cover. It is necessary that you bring your health fund card to every appointment you have with us.

EFTPOS Facilities

We accept all major EFTPOS and Credit Cards. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners.

Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS)

We accept children under the age of 18 who qualify for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). Parental or guardian consent is required. To find out if your child qualifies, please visit the Medicare website or contact the Department of Human Services.

ADF Family Health

We welcome all Defence families with the ADF Family Health Card. We are able to process claims directly at the end of your appointment.

Cancellation or No-Show

We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointments. Otherwise a No Show or Late cancellation fee applies.

Veteran Affairs (DVA)

We warmly welcome all veterans to our practice and are happy to assist with claims through Veterans' Affairs (DVA). If you’re eligible, we can process your claim directly, but please ensure you bring your Veterans' Affairs card with you to each appointment. Additionally, we can help arrange travel through the DVA priority taxi service.

In-house Financial Arrangement

We understand that dental care can sometimes be an unexpected expense, and we're here to help make it more manageable for you. If you need treatment but are concerned about the cost, we offer interest-free payment plans to help spread the payments. Our friendly staff are more than happy to discuss this option with you and find a plan that works for your budget. Just let us know, and we can set everything up before your treatment begins. We're here to support you in getting the care you need!
